i dropped out of my only step challenge because between hip issues (bursitis), knee issues, a still-healing ankle and scar tissue in one thigh, walking a lot regularly causes me more problems than it solves.

I'm dropping out too. I decided to go back to weight watchers. I just can't seem to stay focused by just counting calories. I need the ww meetings. Good luck everyone1

I had birsitis in my hip. Have you tried physical theorpy for it...made mi e alit better but still had to get a cortizone shot.2 -

My goal is to stick to 10,000 steps during the summer! Sounds crazy i know! I'm a teacher and during the school year I'm constantly on the go and get any where from 12,000-15,000 steps in everyday!! During the summer I have so much stuff to catch up on (organizing my house, deep cleaning, yard work stuff) Nothing that requires major movement.... so my steps go WAY down in the summer!! I still stay active but not at the level as the school year!! SO this might be a good motivation to stay moving!!! Thanks!! Anyone who wants to be an accountibilty buddy.... just add me as a friend! I always stay positive and no judgement.... just encouragement!!2
