I'm a team truck driver with my husband. So we are constantly moving. 10,000 steps isn't very feasible for us, but we have set up a goal of 5,000 steps daily. To help us lose the stubborn trucker belly fat. I think having a support group might help us stay on track and motivated.3

I dont track all day every day, I just use mapmyfitness when I go for walks.
so far this month Iv done *kitten*!!
due to the problems Iv been having with my c section scar Iv actually on been out for one proper walk.
had to stop my squat challenge too. but now on new tablets so hoping will improve so I can get back at it properly.
so far my total is:
14th july - 2.4miles walked in 48mins
im not gonna suddenly start walking 100miles a day to try and catch up on what Iv missed but will post any walks I do for the rest of the month and then hopefully by August's post Ill be in from the start2 -
