Is there a group for OMAD?

Hi! My name is Stacie and after losing 80 pounds doing LCHF and discovering my new love for working out, I've had a set back this year. I lost all my energy and have been gaining weight despite all my efforts. I have recently been diagnosed with b12 deficiency, vitamin d deficiency, hypothyroidism, and adrenal fatigue. I'm current taking Armour thyroid, b 12 injections and taking vitamin D3 and biotin everyday. I've cut back this summer on my workouts to 3 day of Zumba because it's my fave! I feel so much better, but have put another 10 pounds on. So I'm up 30 pounds of my 80. I'm so discouraged. Low carb doesn't seem to work for me anymore. I've tried IF in the past but that 16:8 wasn't effective. I've done the OMAD this week and lost 3 pounds but then gained 1. I haven't lost anymore since the first 3 days and just wanting to hear from successful ppl following OMAD to see how they've done it.

@staciericardo - I'd suggest reposting this exact inquiry on the LCD group. There are many people there who have been down the same or similar roads, and I'm sure you'll get some quality responses.
Good luck!
