2 eggs over easy, 2 slices of center cut bacon and about a cup of hash browns0

1/4 cup steel cut oats made with 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 banana, 1/4 cup plain-applesauce, and some fresh ground cinnamon. Sometimes I add sliced almonds or 1/4 cup blueberries. Yum!1

I'm on a "plop a hard boiled egg into a cup of oatmeal" kick as my first meal of the day, but I don't eat it til after noon. Then lunch is at 1:30 so idk.0

30g raw oats mixed with a dash of milk and 170g tub of plain fat-free greek yoghurt then left to absorb in the fridge while I was on my bike. Then I added some frozen berries.
And coffee. Always coffee.
It's missing the fat, but I'll probably grab an apple with some almond/peanut butter in a bit.0 -

durian is tasty. Also it never smelled bad for me. I cracked it open ready for the bad smell and nothing happened. Otherwise, the congee and 1k year old egg sound good. Never had balut before but have been curious to try it at least once.1 -

Iced coffee with hazelnut cream and protein powder for first breakfast, second breakfast is a crunchy pb and banana jam sandwich. I got up at 3:30 thus the 2 breakfasts.0

1 cup of banana nut crunch cereal with almond milk, a banana and Dannon Oikos Triple Zero peach yogurt. My breakfast is usually the same. The cereal is the only thing I change up sometimes.0

2 egg whites mixed with 1/8 green pepper and 1/8 yellow pepper, and one multi grain English muffin is my breakfast for the week. Usually I have coffee with hazelnut creamer when I get to work, but I'm trying to cut that out. ):0
