hello hello! I normally use another site to track but this one hooks up to my fitness device so I'm trying it out. in 6 months I've lost 49 pounds .. I have 53 to go.... I started at 252.5 pounds and now at 203. I'm open to hear of work out routines that are lower back friendly and different low carb recipes ..... I keep my net carbs at or below 20 g.... anyone in the same boat??

Hey! I try to keep mine between 20 and 30. Some days they are super low and some days they are a bit higher. I am pretty new to this diet (although not so new to MFP) but am only starting to track calories today. Before today I was just tracking carbs and focusing on getting "off" carbs, if that makes sense. I have lost a few pounds, although I'm not sure how many. I am not really in a rush as I know that I will be doing this for the rest of my life. I have a pinterest board with tons of recipes and am trying to make this a lifelong change, although this has been rather tricky since my husband is a vegan and so now we are literally eating opposite diets (which means I cook two dinners!). I am going to be slowly working in exercise as well. Good to meet you! I'd love to become friends! Lord knows I need all I can get!

I suggest you check out the main low carb daily forum group here in MFP. It's where most of us Ketofiles tend to hang out:

    http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group

There's also a lot of info and links at the top of this group in the launch pad sticky note area including a huge list of links to websites with LC recipes.
