Bowflex dumbells

I just bought the Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbells. They are great so far but I am curious if anyone that has them is able to use them for a full (beginners) strength program. If so, what are they?
I have a small weight bench I bought back in high school which is small, I think I've out grown it but it can still be used for some things. I also have barbells that I've lost many of the the weights for. I can buy more weights for the bars to add to the dumbbells so I can lift heavier weight for certain lifts. I'm mainly just trying to lose weight at this point which I am doing through diet but I'm looking to build muscle to get better results.

Look at FitnessBlender.com for workouts. They use the PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells, but that shouldn't make a difference.0

Good to know. I'll see if they have any actual programs as well.0
