Low carb!

Hello! I have been doing low carb for 8 months! I have been slacking & I'm looking for new recipes or snacks that will keep me on track.. Anyone help?

Macadamia nuts have a high fat content compared to others. A little handful (15'ish nuts) is low carb. Also dried meats (do it yourself if you can - read labels if you can't) are good - including dried fish/squid available at many Asian supermarkets. Smoked duck is OMG OMG OMG so good if you can find it - again at the Asian markets. I live in Korea so I'm a little biased.1
