I need to find FUN

Options
I remember many years ago when I discovered Tae Bo it changed my life... I lost weight while having fun. I am having a lot of trouble finding something that sparks my interest these days. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Studio Gyms/Class Sessions seem to be all the rage these days with Boutique Spin Classes and HIIT studios popping up all over the place. Have you looked into one of those?

I hear you. I'd love to find something that I find so fun that I don't even realize how hard I'm working.

I took a Burn Boot Camp session: similar to HIIT and loved it!

have you tried 'sweating to the oldies' with Richard Simmons? There are quite a few full workouts on youtube from back in the 80s and not only are they hilarious and fun, they are actually a really good cardio sequence if you go full out with it.

Personally, I've found cycling to be fun since I was 6 years old and learning to ride. :)

I think riding a bike is lots of fun. Sometime I ride when its too hot to run and other times I ride to the store just to get some exercise in. I even set my bike up to carry stuff. I rode to the store to get two bags of ice once just to see if they fit. I even ride to get beer and wine, now that's what I call fun! It is also a good cross train for my running.

How about a kickboxing (or other martial arts) class? A step up from Tae Bo, and learn to kick *kitten* while you're at it!

I have a heavy bag and some MMA style gloves. Its a pretty good workout and a bonus stress relief.

Les Mills BodyCombat is one of my favorite group exercise classes. I love, love, love it! If you go to the Les Mills website, there is a class finder you can use to see if it is offered in your area.

Lifting is my fun. The occasional run here and there, but lifting is so fun that I never have to drag myself to the gym.
