    Poor sleep and too much sodium are my triggers to puff up. Hot, not so much.

    I call it sausage fingers. On hot days i bloat so much my hands hurt.

    I think its very individual but for me the answer is definitely yes. I've noticed the past three summers that I inexplicably gain about 3-5 pounds and it hangs around until fall. Apparently it also has to do with increased blood volume as well.

    Not me. I drink more fluid, move more, and lose more weight in the summers.

    Yeah, I was just in Colombia, South America...we spent 4 nights in Cartagena and it was 90* and 90% humidity so it felt like about 115*...there was zero sea breeze and we all just sat there sweating all day and most of the night...I dropped 6 Lbs in 4 nights.
