Eat at maintenance and start strength/weight training
^ This. Get on and stick with a weight training program like a 5x5. If you don't like weights then find another strength training program. The important things are (1) eat a high protein diet (about 0.8 grams per pound of body weight), (2) consistent adherence to your diet and strength program, and (3) progressive overload.
