    I recommend, egg white (or egg white product like Egg Beaters) scrambled eggs or omelettes. Incorporate lots of veggies (great way to use up leftovers) and use a non-stick pan and/or cooking spray instead of butter or oil. The eggs are high-protein and filling and scramble up in just a couple minutes. You can also wrap it in a low-carb flatbread (I like Flatout brand) or lettuce and take it on the go.
