Add Step Counter

"Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once." How do I add my account? I vaguely remember having an account a couple years ago, but have no idea the logon info to unsync myself. Any ideas?

    So you are getting this message through MFP saying that this fitbit is already linked to a different MFP account?

    Do you still have that email address for the original/other account? You can try "forgot" password. Login to the account and disconnect it.

    Or can you open up fitbit account and disconnect it through your fitbit account? Go to setting and 'applications' and look at the partners you have setup on the account. Select revoke access.

    I have gone into fitbit and revoked the my fitness pal account but it still will not let me connect. I still get the message "another MFP account has already been linked to the fitbit account. What can I try next?

    I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...

    Yes, I had the same issue a while back and Customer Support helped me out very promptly.
