I'm a beginner in serious need of energy, motivation, and a fitness buddy.

I'm 22, I recently got clean from heroin, so if I can give that up you'd think I would be able to lose this weight. I have always been chubby, but getting sober has really made me ut on extra weight. I'm looking to lose about 60 to 70 pounds. Just so bad at motivating my self, or not giving up. Would love some one to do this with. Or any help with ideas of beginner work outs that aren't totally discouraging.

    That's awesome. Congrats. I started out with walking and now I'm slowly incorporating jogging. Feel free to add me if you want to.

    Hi there! I got clean off of heroin a couple years ago, and I gained a lot of weight very quickly (about 100 lbs in less than a year). I've lost about 70 lbs now but it's been a difficult process. I know how hard both of these struggles can be! Please add me if you'd like :)
