    Deadlift - yes
    Squat - yes
Bench - 75% of my weight
OHP - 64% of my weight
I can do 3-5 unassisted pull ups depending on the day.

    Squat: Yes - 1.15 x body weight
    Dead: Yes - 1.57 x body weight
    OHP: No
Bench: could probably hit it with a 1RM, but haven't attempted. Did 1x5 @ 125 (5 lbs less than bodyweight) so I'm not far off.

Does giving my husband a piggy back ride for 1 block count? I weigh 125 and he weighs 180.

    Squat - yes
    DL - yes

    all others... ahhhhh nope.

Probably the same for me, though I haven't lifted weights like that in years so no clue really.

Back in my high school and college days, this would have been a resounding yes. Ten years of not lifting obviously killed my maxes, but I'm still an easy yes on anything that isn't OHP. I'll have to give it a try the next time I make it to the gym.

I got to the point 2-3 months into lifting where I could DL 163- my bodyweight at the time. Now I'm down 13lbs from there, but hoping to get back into lifting!

DL is over 1.5 x body weight, and squat is getting close to 1.5 x.

I can bench press my girlfriend's body weight - does that count?
