I'm Antonio and I'm 5'11 and weigh 150 pounds . My goal is to be 180 by November . And 6'2 would be nice

    You can get fatter by that time, but adding muscle would be a different story. You're not going to gain 10lbs of muscle a month. Well, maybe if you were on some gear, but naturally, no.
