    They don't eat like that all the time. That is the secret. When I was thin people asked how I could eat a big plate of food and not get fat. I usually cut way down on calories the following three days and wasn't hungry. Or I would eat very lightly earlier in the day anticipating having a dessert. Plus, I rarely ate desserts so it was a rare treat, not a regular item.
