Is this good?

So after coming to terms with the fact that I have a sugar addiction, I decided to cut my sugar intake and carb intake down dramatically this week starting on Tuesday.
At first, I wanted to go into ketosis so that the carb and sugar cravings would stop but eating less than 20g of carbs a day is just not for me.
Anyhoo despite not going into ketosis, I have dropped more than 10lbs of water weight, 1.5lbs of fat (i have a weight watchers scale) and bone mass went down by 1 in 5 days.
Should I be losing that much that fast. I have been eating between 1000-1300 a day. And I try to go pass 1000 as much as possible but its hard without going over carbs. I don't want to go over 60g.
Also I started at 210-212 on Tuesday. Currently 201 today.

Those scales that give body composition numbers are inaccurate (not for weight but the other numbers) so you didn't necessarily lose any bone mass1
