I hold most of my fat on my stomach especially lower down. I can see my top abs in good lighting however I want to see no matter what and want to develop more.
Any tips with regards to what to eat, time scale and how should I change up my routine
Thanks

Eat what you want, when you want, meet your calorie and macronutritional goals.
To drop bodyfat create a calorie deficit.1 -

Yeah I'm in a deficit of 600 kcals per day. Finding it hard to get macros correct tho. How long do you think it will take to get to 10 or 11% bf assuming I am in a 600 kcal deficit and am 15 %

There are many of us on here who have experience with bulking and cutting.
To answer the questions:
There is no specific time you should or shouldn't eat. If you manage to lose only fat you're only looking to lose about 9 pounds. With a 600 calorie deficit it's roughly 7 weeks. Protein should be around 135 grams, fat and carbs can be played with to see what keeps you satisfied. You should definitely be following a progressive lifting routine that hits all body parts through the week.
There's really nothing super special about cutting. Your lean mass is the lower side of average, so if you are lifting and eating protein it's not likely that you'll lose muscle.0 -

Do the maths. If you're at 15% bodyfat now, you have approximately 23 pounds of fat on you. To be at 10% bodyfat, you'd have to lose another 8 pounds without losing lean mass. Not losing any lean mass at all is unlikely as one gets leaner, so let's say you're losing 80% fat 20% lean mass. About 10 more pounds you'd have to lose, so until you're 146 pounds.
Get your nutrition in and exercise regularly obviously.0
