    Add me! I like seeing other people's diaries because i suck at keeping a deficit going. i think due to hormonal imbalance but my sleep suffers a ton if i workout hard and eat less than i burn. i tend to naturally eat TDEE. even with intermittent fasting. it helps me to see how others plan out their days so I can modify mine.

    I started MFP after I had my son in April around March when I started logging. I am 27 and married. My husband is Navy. My son just hit 3 months yesterday and they are my why for my journey to be the best version of myself for them.
