I think you've done it. You've inspired a whole bunch of us who are unsure but somehow hoping we can do it. Thank you for posting about how simple it can be. One little step at a time...

    You look really great.

This is Fantastic!! - it sounds so simple, but has it been that way for you? What do you do on the days when that voice (please tell me you know what I mean when I say "that voice") tells you that you're fine at your existing weight, your husband still loves you, you don't look great but it doesn't really matter, etc.

I know my husband and everyone around me loves me just the way I am but I am doing this for me and I want to be able to do more and live longer! The only thing I have really given up was pop, but I still have an occasional Pepsi Next. I actually enjoy working out now and I can't even believe that I am saying that but it makes me feel good and that is why I keep doing it! I still have my days when the "sweets" get me but I just move on to the next day and keep it up cuz one day can't ruin all my hard work!

Thanks for all the kind words and I will keep posting as I more foward! Keep up the hard but so rewarding work!

I love reading the success stories and yours is great! I have lost 58 pounds since March 1st but, now the weight is coming off a lot slower. I know that is normal so I am trying not to get discouraged. I log MFP everyday and just seeing it in print is so simple yet very effective for me. I walk 3-4 miles every day, stay under 1100 calories and just started water aerobics twice a week. I still have about 60-70 pounds to go. Keep up the good work!
