Glad to see each of you join me. Hope you will post daily or as often as possible. I need all the help I can get and know most of you feel the same way. I would like to lost 20#s, but 5#s a month would be total joy. LOL
I'm trying to stay within my allotted 1200 calories a day and get in a walk. I have to walk 1st thing because it is so hot here. That works most mornings, except Sunday. We go to early worship and I have too much to do before leaving. See ya later.3 -

I've been maintaining for the past 3 months after losing 20 pounds and I'm ready to get back at it! 5# in August will be a cakewalk! Current weight - 204.1#. Goat weight August 30th - 196!!! I'm planning to drop another 3# before August 1st. Good luck everyone! Live happy and healthy!2

Hi. I am in.
I just started this program again today. I have lost 25 pounds on WW and 25 pounds on MFP. Sadly, I have gained those 25 pounds back each time and they don't look as good the second and third time around. I also have a lot more than 25 pounds to lose. I just seem to quit at that number. I need a group to keep me motivated and this groups looks very promising. Good luck!2 -
