How long have you been keto? If you have been on it long enough for your body to be fat adapted you can probably run and lift without any issues. Just keep your electrolytes up.

Hi all newbie here just looking some advice.
Im currently weighing 70kgs @ 5ft 7".
I've just started dieting to get cut up. I've set my macronutrients to 40% protein 40% fat (mainly from PB) 20% carbs. Im i doing the correct diet?
