If I eork out a hour a day 5 times a week should I set to sedentary or lightly active

Your activity level is for how much you move normally, not counting exercise. If you don't move much, set it to sedentary and add your exercise in separate.0

Then use a TDEE calculator instead and definitely don't use MFP to set your calorie goal.0
