    8/8/16: 87.5 kg --- way too much ... going to get loose skin
    8/15/16: ? --- on the road
    8/22/16: 87.1 kg
    8/29/16: 86.2 kg --- This was too much ... slowing down
    9/5/16: 86 kg
    9/12/16 86 kg --- weight varying from 85.6 kg to 86.3 kg
    9/19/16 86.4 kg --- Foot injury is winning right now ...
    9/26/16 87 kg --- But I was 85.8 kg Sat. morning. (Too much salt.)

    After an hour walk I was down to 86.1 kg. Currently I'm water logged. Since I can't exercise hard right now because of multiple injuries (left foot, right knee, left elbow) the water really builds up.
