    I've been working out more, but had beer, and fish and chips, twice this week, and my weight jumped right back up to where I started. :s I'm gonna try to clean it up the next two days for the weigh-in on Monday.

    Successes/struggles: I struggle on the weekends to make good food choices. Can't find the willpower to stay on track :( going to try my best this week!

    Successes/struggles: Fair was more or less a successe didnt eat any of the fryied food did have couple corn on the cob tho. This week may be even harder. I at conference all week in Hershey PA in all of places. Chocolate is everywhere and like most people i love chocolate. Chocolate bars were left in our room... had a bad day yesterday while traveling ended up eatting a pizza just so disappointed in myself. All the hard work just to eat garbage. But I did have the best run yet 40 mins 4.02 miles!! (Not a runner) whot whot. Heres to another week of strong will power.

    Don't be so hard on yourself with the pizza, its going to happen sometimes - all that matters is that you are trying and eating healthy majority of the time. 3lbs in 1 week is awesome! Great job!!

    Successes/struggles: Heavy lifting twice a week, dancing, hiking and walking. I've increased my activity level, so I can eat more. I still struggle with sloppy logging. And I had two nights this week of fish & chips, and a few pints. Fried food, burgers and beer is how I ended up overweight last year, so I want to limit myself to once a week. At least for now ;)

    Successes/struggles: Did well at preparing my self for travelling and being at a conference but really missed the mark when I was eating out a few times. I realized that your one decision in the 30sec it takes you to order can change everything. Make one good decision and everything else gets easier.

    You still lost 3.3 lbs, that's great! We aren't perfect, as long as we keep trying, we'll eventually get there.

    Successes/struggles: I was very bloated when the month started to the point that I had to take some magnesium citrate. It was comforting to see the scale go back to where I left off prior to. Since then I have been okay and still focused.

    Struggles: a bit late for writing in but better late than never. A loss this week . Good with that but not happy with the number yet. I am used to fast weight loss as I usually jump on lots of bandwagons such as detoxing and juicing or strict calorie restriction. Weight always came back slowly as I didn't fix my behavior. BEHAVIOR..... Still having trouble with that. I notice I am still behaving the same way even with the weight loss. Don't like that.

    Behavior that needs changing: stop picking ! Prepare a snack with portion control and stick to it. DO NOT GRAZE! Then I don't log it! Bad me! But good me for realizing it! Goal this week....no grazing! And drink water. Going to Toronto Canfit conference this weekend so I will have to prep well!

    My conference last week really helped with my snacking problems as it is very structured day with set eating times. I'm hoping it has kicked started good habits. Good job for recognizing it. You can do it!

    I'm having such problems staying motivated. Especially after work and on weekends. I just got a bunch of healthy snacks and am going to eat something before I leave work so I don't go crazy when I get home. Is anyone else struggling to stay motivated???

    Successes/struggles: I don't exercise on Sundays which I think makes me retain more water on Mondays, so I weigh heaviest on Mondays. However, I'm still going down so that's a plus! I had a mini goal to be 127ish by next week so I will be super happy if I make that (I will be happy with 127.anything). I thought I wasn't on track to reach my goal, but I am not that far off if I can keep up the same rate of loss.

    I've been living in Australia for the past year and just got back to Canada. I stepped on the scale and was shattered when I learned I'd gained 10 lbs since I've been away!!
    I start uni next month and am looking to lose the excess flab in a safe and healthy way

    August 11: 126 lbs

    Goal weight: 116 lbs (or whenever I feel strong and comfortable with how my clothes fit!!)
