    Successes/struggles: Disappointed but can't really complain much with the lack of commit and respect I had for myself this week. I'm leaving in the morning for two weeks of travel. I have prepped all my plane snacks and have on the go protein shakes packed to skip out on hotel breakfasts and fuel myself properly. Here's to another week of better choices because we are worth it.

    Unfortunately many prepackaged foods have a lot of salt. Try and stick to whole foods . No packaging this week. Drink lots of water to flush the system. Let's see if it makes a difference.

    Struggles: not happy with the weight loss! Thought I would do better. Workouts were awesome despite my plantar fasciitis. Eating was pretty good but I guess not good enough! Will try and be better at logging this week! Period is also due on Wednesday, but tired of making that excuse!

    Half a pound is ideal! You won't lose muscle, and it's real weight loss. Congrats!

    Is there a way to just edit my original post that I'm missing? Or do I just copy and paste and make a new post each week? I took a break from dieting this weekend (I've been doing it for 8 weeks and have lost 8 pounds) and now I'm back on it as of yesterday. It also means I'm up .2 pounds :/. I think a lot of that is likely water weight though so I will hopefully be back with good news next week! I was down to 128.8 at one point last week so I'm hoping I am at least down to that again on the 8th.

    We are very close in our goal!! How tall are you? I am 5'3" and looking to reach 125....not sure if it's realistic but I am going to try!

    You are doing well!! Keep it up! Don't let a moment of pleasure in the lips weigh down those hips (hehe...I made that up) but seriously....don't let your hard work be derailed for a bit of pleasure! Stick to the healthier foods! Weigh in on Monday...that's 3 more days! You can do it!!!

    At a week long conference and food choices have been on point I'd say 70% of the time. Could do better but am feeling confident. Still making sure to get in my workout despite a limited hotel gym and busy business hours to keep. Tomorrow is another travel day so great opportunity to be prepped, avoid airport food and suck down the water!
