    Is anyone doing Macro diet plan? I started that by watching youtube videos and purchasing some apps for that. It's been good to me so far!

    Is it? I set my macros perfectly and havnt lost much weight at all. If any. My 5lb loss is between two different diets over a month and a half. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong.
