Where are the Keto Folks at? I need advice specific for lean muscle, I've achieved my weight goal now need to add lean muscle. According to Keto Calculator I should be at 4855 Calories @ 84/14/2 which seems impossible.

    Also, that number and ratio is far from impossible. That's still about 25g of carbs per day. However, with you needing so many kcal in general, there will be a lot of oils and butters involved. To be honest though, with that kind of caloric spread, upping the protein probably wouldn't hurt, assuming that you are following a solid lifting schedule.

    Well I've been under 25g a day but only at 2500 Calories. Now that I see its suggested 4800 I'm thinking man how am I going to stay under 25g. I love Kerygold, MCT, and Coconut Oil. Fat Bombs have been a great help.
