MFP estimation of calorie loss - HELP

I am just starting to do Zumba classes that are 1 hour in length, twice a week. If I enter my exercise through MFP it estimates I am burning 800+ calories per workout. While the number looks nice, it really seems high to me... but I am new to this exercise thing and maybe its not. I read that you are supposed to eat back your calories... but when its 800 calories that is a scary number to me.
I wear my fitbit when I do my Zumba and it calculates 5500 steps during the duration of my class.
Can someone provide some guidance on how I should be looking at this. I want maximize the benefits of doing the cardio and ensure that I am eating enough to do so.
