    Walked round the house today wearing my new walking shoes in so they won't rub me when I go out to use them. Last 10 minutes I was stepping on a spot widening my leg space and then bringing the back into to put impact on my thighs just to get to 10,000 steps.

    I'm in. Sounds like fun.

    Numbers below may look a little off due to the fact that I use a Suunto Ambit 3 for the miles during my morning walk, and a Fitbit for the all day steps.
