The only supplements I take are multi vitamins, fish oils, creatine and protein powder. Are they all necessary ??? No, that is why they are called supplements. They are simply just convenient and a time saver if you are limited on time. Judging by what you wrote, I get the feeling you started working out this year, if so, then you will have to be patient, eat well (high proteins & Fruits + veggies for your vitamins and minerals), do your workouts (But don't always do the same exercises, change them up after 8-12 weeks or else your body will adapt to them), drink lots of water and try to sleep a minimum of 7 hours per day. Rest is very important.

I've been working out for years. I stick to te routines I've learned from weight training classes I took in high scool and college. I was 265lbs and through hard work, dedication and exercise I went from 265 in 2013 to no weighing 180. I've lost a total of 85 pounds. I like all the supplements you stated but I COMPLETELY DISAGREE it's not convieniant to take supplements. They aid in many ways.
Fish oil helps with joint pain - heart health and brain health
Multivitamins supply essential nutrients to your daily life
Creatine retains more water for your muscles to get bigger and for a bigger pump.
I DO AGREE on restful sleep so I use melintonin and alieve and eating healthy! I watch my calorie intake and eat as healthy as I can. I do try to change my work outs but mostly keep it the same with increasing weight week by week.
Sounds like you got it down then and that information from us isn't going to change it. Sounds like you were looking for input, but don't like the input you're hearing, so just carry on with what you're doing.

I do thank you. I just don't appreciate people not answering the question that was asked. It's insulting when people are rude when others are just looking for help. I don't want input I want names of supplements and even test boosters! Thanks

I know there ha to be more ten just creatine and protien.

Like I said before what can help me with the pain after the gym. Also what supplemts are helpful in lifting more weight or more reps.

Don't reply with routines or any other indirect answeres

Just like everyone has said. If you want to recover more efficiently then make sure you're consuming enough protein and that you're diet is nutritionally dense. You said recommend amino acids. We all just did. It's called protein. A BCAA powder won't make or break you. It's gives you maybe an extra 3%. All it contains is leucine, ISO-leucine, and valine. All NON essential amino acids that are found in a scoop of whey protein. You're asking for advice on supplements from more knowledgable and experienced people, that's what we're giving you. And yes get on a structured lifting program. You're post workout pain could be due to too much volune without adequate nutrition, or how about this, how much sleep do you get a night?

So if you take all of those supplements then what are you expecting us to recommend! Get some ephedrine if you want more energy during your workouts and some anadrol If you want better recovery. Both legal. There you go.

No one has been rude at all. You also have another thread asking for additional supplementation to the creatine and on that one the answers are the same on both threads.

Not sure what you are looking for man other than what has been said.

Or some T3 if you want to get lean. It'll give you temporary hyper thyroidism in order to burn off that extra fat. Or inject yourself with insulin immediately postworkout for greater recovery.

If you want HONESTY, then here it is.

Protein and creatine are peer reviewed studied and are legit.

Other supplements: YOU DON'T NEED THEM if you're nutrition is right from food/drink consumption.

    Test boosters are BS.

The supplement industry is a booming business because they sell you BS with little to back them at all. And don't get me started on how supplements are actually manufactured.

I never said they were not convenient, in fact I wrote this ' They are simply just convenient and a time saver if you are limited on time.' All I said was that it's not necessary because you can still replace all of those supplements with real food except for creatine which is tougher to get (You have to eat a ton of meat just to get the 5g per day which is unhealthy).

If you want to take creatine, whatever, take it. It's not going to harm you and people say it works.

I'd hit those muscle groups more than once per week tho

What do you reccomend. I go 4-5xs a week now

Ditch the bodypart spit. They are only useful if you are on gear.

    http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/muscle-gain/training-frequency-for-mass-gains.html/

    What is body part spit?
    On gear to what?

T3 is an artificial thyroid medication used to treat hypothyroidism. You use insulin to spike it's levels post workout in order to increase protein synthesis and uptake. Resulting in greater muscular gains. You wanted more fat loss and greater recovery. Those are the only legal things that will greatly enhance it other than diet.

Gear is steroids, hormone enhancing drugs. You have a lot more research to do.

Your post workout pain is likely DOMS (muscle soreness.) Many people find the DOMS minimizes once they start working their muscle groups more than once per week. You posted a list of body parts, not an actual program, but at first glance I'd say that using an actual established routine that has you hitting each area 2-3 times a week is going to reduce your DOMS in the long term.

If your post workout pain isn't DOMS, see a doctor.
