Today was an okay day. I went over my calorie allotment by 4 calories. BUT...I hit my hydration goal for the first time! Four 16-oz bottles of water = daily recommended 8 servings of 8 oz of water. Now all I need to do is pump up my exercise levels--especially this month, since the Tae Kwon Do club I'm in is taking a break for the month.0
