@samanthalaroche felt much better thanks. Saturday I had a deep tissue massage and woke up with the worst headache Sunday morning that I just couldn't shake until it disappeared at about 8pm. Not a hangiover as I haven't had alcohol for nearly 8 months! Remind me to change my profile pic - it's bloody awful!! My distance will slow a bit from here as I shift to a bit more strength training but I still aim to achieve 500 x 90 days.

You will do it @shaybosh early I reakon :) glad you feel better @cnarch. I had similar after Chiropractor visit once. I could do with some muscle building, no upper body strength at all. Not been in a gym since 2011! Won't bore you with reasons. 8 months? I had January off (apart from one weekend away) good on you, I love my wine. Need to lose weight tho & wine has empty calories which lead to nuts, olives, cheese, all my favourites. Maybe another challenge in the mix.....have a good day all!! Will report later.

I'll be taking 2-3 days off. My feet are really sore, so I need a rest and new shoes (that actually fit properly and support my flat feet). Will probably do a short walk Friday then back to normal for Saturday.
