    Get up, get moving. You don't have to suffer or pay a lot for a gym to gain serious health benefits. Yeah, being a hardcore gym bunny will get you further, but many people simply don't have the money or time. And if you think you MUST go spend an hour or more at a gym, then you don't just get up and get moving. And what the human body really needs for health is to GET UP AND GET MOVING.

    I walk 15 minute miles, and with moderated eating I can lose weight just fine. I do high rep/lower weight or body weight exercise for stamina and range of motion, which is great for health as well.

    Find what works for you.
