The next few days my numbers are going to be low- my back is flaring which means little to no movement. Sunday into Monday I have to bring my daughter in for a medical procedure, which will mean a lot of sitting ( my already complaining back will be furious!)

9th August - 1hr 25mins, 4.03 miles, 9629 steps
10th August - no tracked walked today been doing squats instead.....OUCH
11th August - ok so after squats my legs were hurting so did push ups in stead but now my arms hurt too lol
12TH August - 2580 steps2 -
Can I join even though August is almost halfway over? I just got a FitBit last night.1

My goal today was to beat my steps yesterday. I have 3,779 steps today. I'm happy with that! Tomorrow I aim for 4,000.4

I love this thread! Thank you op for starting it! I have to find my old pedometer or buy a new one. I'm glad there is no set goal minimum as I work a desk job and often do overtime2
