Unless someone else already has done it, I'm off to post the September challenge.

Thanks for posting the new challenge! I'll post one last time to close out my month here, and then post the new challenge info into the September post! I like to have at least one weight tracking challenge, and I prefer it to be individual and monthly for my own accountability. Found the longer challenges have very few people that will stick with it (our memorial day challenge is down to less than 10 people still posting). So this one is perfect for me to participate in!

I know! You are one of the less than 10 that is still hanging on...I get excited when I see your entries since you are always having great losses! You are rocking it!

Wrapping up this month's challenge, though I probably should have wrapped it up last week, since I had a small gain from last week...lol...stupid scale, TOM bloat, and workout water retention. Really thought I'd see the 134's today given yesterday's numbers on the scale. Oh well.

    Name: b3achy / beachy
    Age: 51
    Height: 5'3"

    Weight loss progress:
    16 May 2016 (start MFP): 149.4 lbs
    1 June 2016: 145.8 lbs (3.6 lost)
    1 July 2016: 141.6 lbs (4.2 lost)
    1 August 2016: 138.2 lbs (3.4 lost)
    1 September 2016: 135.2 lbs (3.0 lost)

    Challenge Starting Weight July 29: 138.6 lbs (C/W/H: 34.0"/29.0"/38.5")
Challenge Goal Weight August 31st: 133.0 lbs
[Ultimate goal: less than 120 lbs by end of Dec]

Weekly Weigh In (I weigh in and tape for record on Fridays)
    July 29: 138.6 lbs C/W/H: 34.0"/29.0"/38.5"
    Aug 5: 137.8 lbs C/W/H: 34.0"/28.5"/38.0"
    Aug 12: 137.8 lbs C/W/H: 33.75"/28.5"/38.0"
    Aug 19: 136.6 lbs C/W/H: 33.75"/28.25"/37.75"
    Aug 26: 135.6 lbs C/W/H: 33.5"/28.25"/37.5"
    Sep 2: 135.8 lbs C/W/H: 33.5"/28.25"/37.5"

Total LBS lost this week: -.2 lbs
Total LBS lost this month: 2.8 lbs

Total LBS lost overall: 13.6 lbs; 15.8 lbs to go for ultimate goal!

Challenges: TOM bloat early in the week along with serious hormonal eating challenges. Had better numbers yesterday (135.2), but started a new workout session which might be causing a little water retention today. No paddling this past week, so tougher to keep on track calorie-wise.

Successes: Started a new workout session yesterday. Survived the hurricane storms and a super bad TOM week.
