    Smoked back bacon cooked until it's crisp around the edges but still retains some chew. I can't stand it when bacon is cooked to the point of shattering when you bite into it. Gross.

    Mattessons smoked turkey bacon is good too, and Sainsbury's store brand frozen vegetarian bacon is not bad for what it is.

    My freaking stomach is growling, and after this thread, my greek yogurt isn't going to cut it. :D
