Going back to lower carb

I have been doing WW since January and have been stuck at a 25lb loss up and down a few but not breaking this Plataue!!!

Are you weighing your food and logging correctly? Cups, spoons and eyeballing typically lead to eating more calories than you think.
WW was a good plan, but I don't trust it since they allow all fruits and veggies to be 0 points (well at least most of them).1 -
Low carb will help you lose some water weight initially - so I guess that will break the "plateau"
