    i have been rocking the salads lately. Ive been averaging like 5-6 a week this month!

    This week's salads will be full of seeds and berries. Kale, cucumbers, goji berries, hemp hearts, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Topped with poppy seed dressing.

    I've managed to have a salad every day so far. On a few occasions I've gotten bored and had a small side salad with soup or a shake.

    For the next and final week of our challenge I'm going back to a more traditional and somewhat less exciting garden salad. Mixed greens, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, red onion, garbanzo beans, pumpkin seeds, and ranch.
