1. Assign each item on your list a consecutive number
2. Use a random number generator online or the Rand function in excel to select one item at random for you to focus on
3. Repeat until it selects the easiest task.
3. Eat a large meal. You’ll need to be properly fueled.
4. Drink a tasty beverage. Hydration is important for focus.
6. Tell self that since it’s so easy, you may as well just tackle it later. Or tomorrow. Or next weekend.
