Thanks. I'm trying to. Last night was definitely a lapse in judgement and being swallowed by the depression. Today was a little better. I'm just glad my kids are with my parents right now.
But yeah I'm working working on it and things will get better from here.1 -

Don't feel like a failure...you have to listen to your body...pain is a signal to STOP! lol.
I get it, I can only ever run to a certain point before one of my knees starts to get sore, I stop (around then) because I want to be able to run again (in the near future!)0 -
