Just finished week one of C25K. I've never been a runner, so this is new to me.

I just saw a commercial for cinnamon roll French toast that looked ahhhhmmmazing. I also told my kids we should probably go there for lunch today.. It happens to be right next to the grocery store. We need groceries. Nevermind that there's a couple of grocery stores closer to me.0 -

I hate getting started, but I love it after I'm done.
I should've started with week 2. I'm doing more than what the app says and my only limit is my lower back so far.
I never thought I would run anything longer than 400 yards let alone a 5K.. Its a love it or hate it thing.. I do love running and the way I feel after a nice run.
I hope you finish the program, maybe I can race you, I too have lower back issues so we have a limitation in common..0 -
