    This is my lazy lunch. lol I love pot pie!!! Haven't had it in years.

    Watching baseball and thinking about running. Will probably trot half a mile and walk the rest, I don't think my shoulder or my hip can take more than that right now. You guys are making me miss it. The best I ever felt was when I was running 4-5 miles regularly. Stupid injuries.
