Also: Crossfitters do not seem to do very well at these obstacle courses. The best competitors tend to be rock climbers and gymnasts, which isn't very surprising.0 -

A lot of the competitors on Ultimate Beastmaster seem to have made really poor footwear choices. I don't see many people wearing rock climbing shoes, but those who do blow the others out of the water.0
