You don't have to starve yourself if you just do cardio too...
I'm an avid believer that intense daily cardio is the single most important thing you can do for your health...
I disagree on the cardio and say just lift some heavy weights.
I know I'm a loner on this around here but imo, cardio is king
Ugh I hate cardio and do as little as I possibly can get away with. Thankfully lifting works for me. You get a pass though, since you do lift as well.
That's why I like it, because I know most hate it lol...
Have to lift too though, no one wants to just be skinny...
I do wanna be skinny. I miss skinny. I haven't seen skinny for 10 years now. I'd like to see it again.0 -

Why is skinny bad? That's my ultimate goal. To be skinny like I used to be before I had a kid and gained all that pregnancy weight by eating like a pig.0

Yes. I want to be skinny. I miss how skinny I used to be. Once upon a time I struggled to gain and I was pretty and so skinny and it was magnificent. Now I'm a cow. The first goal is 135. If I'm not happy there, I can go to 120.
I don't strength train because of a knee injury that will handicap me forever. I gotta lose however I can.
Eating so much less has finally let the weight start dropping off. I hit 152 this morning and if this keeps up, I'll hit the first goal ere Yule.1 -

You want to be skinny and bony? I just don't find that attractive at all. Not that it matters what I think, you can do what you want with your body. I'd recommend starting a lifting program and adding some muscle and shape to your body. Plus weight training is good for us as women, as it helps to strengthen our bones and prevent osteoporosis.
Strong is sexy!!!
