    Heading out in a bit to help a friend who has received evacuation orders. 4 horses and some farm animals to relocate until the flood threat is lifted. 🐴🐴🐴🐴 . I sincerely hope the chickens and ducks are squared away, because I am not psyched to be chasing birds all morning.

    Cooling down after my run. Long run was moved today due to Sat's bad weather. Can't beat this view while you are running up down a country road.
