Hi there, I'm 28 years old a mother of 2 beautiful girls my oldest is 4 1/2 years old & the youngest is 11 months. I've always struggled with weight loss my entire life. When I had my youngest daughter I was at my heaviest weight 315 now I'm 283.6lb I've got 9lbs to loose to get to my pre-pregnancy weight with my first and 41lbs to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight with my second. I ideally would love to be 150. Just started MY fitness pal 17 days ago I've lost 6.4lbs since, slowly but surely. Any advice or motivation would be great!!
