Hi all,
After a bout of depression and anxiety I gave up on weight loss and detached myself from the app. I've recovered and am more motivated than ever! I'm planning on doing Pilates/Yoga at least once a week and I'm going to be eating lots more yummy low carb vegetarian meals:D
Looking for people to talk to about weight loss, motivate each other, talk each other round when we feel like giving up, etc!
