What if i dont exercise, and still stick to my 1200 calories per day, will i still lose weight? Just curious...

Eh, lets see if memory (email and one of your early threads) serve me; you're 5'2" (62"), 21 years old, female, and weigh 56.7kg (125lb)... that puts your numbers at sedentary TDEE: 1542
So yes, at 1200 calories a day with no real exercise you would lose weight... Roughly 342 calories deficit a day, so you'd lose a lb every 10 days or 1 kg every 22-23 days.0 -
Of course, if you are in deficit. That's all you need to lose weight - to be in calorie deficit. Cardio can help you reach that deficit and is good if you want to ate more, but is not necessary to lose weight.0
