today it was two scrambled eggs with some sharp cheddar cheese. If I have a class in the morning it's a boiled egg and a fruit with some green tea.

Go to breakfast - coffee with 7% cream. Peanut butter and honey on whole wheat toast. Yum.

My typical breakfast consists of a high fiber tortilla w/ an over easy egg and half a serving of low or non-fat cottage cheese.
